ON THE STRIP
Fireworks on the Las Vegas Strip: Las Vegas will welcome 2022 back in typical Las Vegas-style with fireworks on the Strip with the return of America’s Party co-produced by Fireworks by Grucci. The fireworks are scheduled to be launched from eight resorts' rooftops on the Strip: MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island (TI), The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Resorts World Las Vegas and The STRAT.
Transportation on the Las Vegas Strip: The Las Vegas Monorail has announced extended hours of operation for the NYE celebration. It will operate continuously from 7 a.m. on Dec. 31 through the entire New Year’s Day and until 3 a.m. on Jan. 2. Tickets are $5 for a single ride, with unlimited-ride passes available for 24 hours, two days, three days and more beginning at $13. A discount is available if purchased in advance through Dec. 30. You'll get $3 off the price of 3-day unlimited ride passes.
Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is offering upgraded buffet offerings and bottomless champagne for New Year's Eve for $129.99.
Ring in the new year in style at Delmonico Steakhouse inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas with decadent options curated by Chef de Cuisine Ivan Rojas.
One-night-only New Year’s Eve pop-up experience at STK Steakhouse inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with a festive three-course pre-fixe dinner menu featuring STK’s greatest hits including signature steaks, prime rib, wagyu, surf & turf, and a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival to kick off the celebration.
Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is ringing in 2022 with a la carte menu and champagne toast. $25 entry fee.
DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS
Fremont Street Experience invites partygoers to ring in the new year with an 80s and 90s themed dance party. This event will feature live performances from some of the biggest names of the era including Vanilla Ice, Village People, Bobby Brown, Tone Loc and more. Pre-sale, tickets for the New Year’s Eve 80s and 90s Dance Party are $35.
CONCERTS AND NIGHTCLUBS
Bruno Mars is putting on a show at Dolby Live at Park MGM this New Year’s Eve, as the pop star is back for another installment of his resident show.
The Chainsmokers are taking over XS Nightclub nightclub on December 31 beginning at 9 p.m.
DISCOPUSSY, located in the Fremont Street Entertainment District, is putting on a NYE party with DJ sets by Gettoblaster, Codes, and Franklyn Watts.
Van Halen lead singer David Lee Roth returns to his House of Blues Las Vegas residency NYE at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
The Go-Go’s are ringing in the New Year with two shows at The Venetian Theatre inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, and Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022.
Katy Perry takes the stage for her brand-new residency at Resorts World Theatre, opening just days before the countdown to 2022, where she has a New Year’s Eve performance.
Broadway fans can close out 2021 with an evening at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, where Kristin Chenoweth will spend NYE singing songs from her latest album on the Reynolds Hall stage.
Lizzo is performing a The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The new resort also features a performance by Kehlani at Money, Baby! this New Year’s Eve.
Maroon 5 rings in 2022 with the band’s tenth New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas. They're performing at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan.
South Point Hotel & Casino has three separate celebrations to take part in this New Year’s Eve, with live entertainment supplied by Frankie Moreno, The Spazmatics and Donny Edwards.
Steve Aoki is back at Omnia Nightclub to ring in the new year on Dec. 31.
Usher is back for a year-end installment of his residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
AROUND THE VALLEY
AREA15 will host Playa Playground, described by the venue as an "immersive and interactive sensory experience, unlike anything Las Vegas has to offer." The New Year’s festival will span across three venues within AREA15. Doors open at 8 p.m. and you must be 21 or over to enter. Learn more on area15.com.
Arizona Charlie's Decatur will host local high-energy dance band, Envy, at Naughty Ladies Saloon while Arizona Charlie's Boulder will host a local variety group, Jamit, at Palace Grand Lounge. Both locations will host New Year's Eve bingo promotions with the chance to win cash prizes, mystery gifts and more.
Kona Grill kicks off the New Year with dine-in and takeout specials along with a live DJ and midnight toast.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant's New Year’s Eve celebration will feature a champagne toast at 9 p.m. for a festive east coast countdown.
Silverton Casino will ring in the new year with bottomless drinks including domestic draft beers, well cocktails and house wine at all casino bars from 7-10 p.m. and an entry to a DJ Dance Party. Tickets are currently on presale for $25 and $50 day of the event until sales close at 9 p.m. The DJ Dance Party will take place at Veil Pavilion at 10 p.m., where tickets are sold separately for $15.
The Stirling Club is kicking off the new year in style with a black-tie affair featuring the Lucky Devils Band with curated food stations, late-night passed appetizers, a signature welcome cocktail, and a champagne toast at the stroke of midnight.
