Man killed following fatal crash in North Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A man is dead after being hit by two vehicles in North Las Vegas Thursday night.

Police said this happened near Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Alexander Road..

Investigators say that for unknown reasons, a man in his 30s went into the road.

He was first hit by a 2015 Toyota 4Runner and was then hit by a 2012 Honda Civic.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both vehicles stayed at the scene and police said speed and impairment are not considered to be factors in this crash.

The man's name and cause of death will be released by the Clark County Coroners Office after the next of kin have been notified.

They expect the road to be closed until 10:30 p.m.
