The Nevada Department of Transportation will close north and southbound U.S. Highway 95 at Interstate 15 from 10 p.m. Oct. 5 until 5 a.m. Oct. 8 in downtown Las Vegas.
Interstate 15 and the Spaghetti Bowl interchange ramps will remain open. However, the following ramps will be closed from 9 p.m. Oct. 5 until 6 a.m. Oct. 8:
- Interstate 15 north and southbound to Martin Luther King Boulevard
- U.S. Highway 95 northbound to Martin Luther King Boulevard
The temporary closures are needed for bridge construction as part of “The Main Event,” the third and final phase of work for Project Neon’s nearly $1 billion 4-mile-long widening of Interstate 15 from the U.S. 95 interchange to Sahara Avenue.
