A viewer contacted 13 Action News about huge traffic issues in the southwest part of the valley.
Construction has been going on since September near Warm Springs Road and Buffalo Drive.
13 Action News found out KB Homes has been doing utility work in the area that is expected to wrap up Dec. 15.
