What to expect for parking, traffic at arena

Posted
and last updated

There are various parking options when headed to the new T-Mobile Arena.

An MGM spokesperson tells 13 Action News there was "lighter than expected traffic" on the new Frank Sinatra Connector taking eastbound traffic from Tropicana Avenue to Frank Sinatra Drive during a trial run for the arena earlier this week.

The stress test also revealed most people try to access the arena from Las Vegas Boulevard. So, taking an alternate route should cut down on the time required to reach the new venue.

Other transportation options include taking the Las Vegas Monorail to a nearby station and walking the remainder of the way.
