LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada State Police are on scene of a fatal crash Sunday late afternoon.
Police had to close both sides of Las Vegas Boulevard near the Seven Magic Mountains to investigate the crash.
Nevada State Police provided information of the crash shortly after their initial tweet.

Police said the crash involved a Honda Civic and a motorcycle. According to police investigation, the Civic was traveling southbound at the motorcycle was heading northbound.
The motorcyclist attempted to pass the vehicle in front of them. The motorcycle drove into the opposite lane, crashing with the Civic.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene according to police. The occupants inside the Civic were all women who had minor injuries and were transported to St. Rose Sienna.
Police said they suspect impairment on behalf of the motorcyclist. Both sides of Las Vegas Boulevard are closed for police investigation.
