LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A hit-and-run crash left a motorcyclist in critical condition on Monday, according to Metro Police.
The crash happened around 5:12 p.m. at the intersection of Marion Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard.

Police say a motorcyclist and an SUV crashed into one another. Police say the crash happened when the SUV failed to yield the right of way. The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
The suspect's car is described as a white SUV, possibly a white Kia Sportage or similar vehicle with right side damage.
According to fundraising platform GoFundMe, Matias Lagarreta was the motorcyclist involved in the crash and is currently in the ICU in a medically induced coma.
Matias welcomed his first child on Dec.15, 2025.
