Overnight traffic construction could affect driving near the Las Vegas Strip in the coming weeks.
All lanes of Frank Sinatra Drive near the Mandalay Bay parking garage will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. 5 nights a week starting Monday.
It's part of a project to enhance Mandalay Bay's pylon sign.
The closures will be in effect through Dec. 23.
After a holiday break, the road closures will resume Jan. 3 and continue through Feb. 22 during the same nights and hours.
During the closures, vehicles exiting the Mandalay Bay Parking Garage will be unable to turn left to drive south on Frank Sinatra Drive. The alternate suggested route is north on Frank Sinatra to Delano Drive, then take Luxor Drive to Mandalay Bay Road. Or, continue north on Frank Sinatra Drive to Reno Avenue and head east to Las Vegas Boulevard.
Additionally during each closure, Frank Sinatra Drive will not be accessible from Russell Road.
And finally, the I-15 North exit ramp to Frank Sinatra Drive will be closed during construction hours.
