LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A four-vehicle crash shut down the eastern 215 Beltway on Saturday afternoon, according to Nevada State Police.

Currently, the leftmost lane near Decatur Boulevard is the only blocked lane, according to RTC of Southern Nevada.

Investigation at the scene of the crash revealed that a blue Avalon, a silver Hyundai, a silver Mazda and a white Land Rover were all traveling eastbound on the 215 around 3:07 p.m.

According to Officer Ashlee Wellman, as the vehicles all stopped for traffic ahead, the Avalon failed to use due care striking the rear of the silver Hyundai. The Hyundai began to rotate clockwise striking the Mazda and pushing the Mazda into the Land Rover.

State Police say the crash had no reported injuries and impairment is not suspected at this time.
