LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — UNLV baseball star and Las Vegas local Bryson Stott has been taken 14 in the MLB draft by the Philadelpia Phillies.
The 21 year old short stop has been a key player for the Rebels and has been talked about as a top 10 prospect in this years MLB Draft.
Stott attended Desert Oasis High School in Las Vegas and graduated in 2016.
His family has long term times to the city and UNLV. Father Derek played football at UNLV from 1988-1991 and his mother Shana was a UNLV cheerleader.
