A webcam is giving everyone a look at where the new stadium is being built that will be the future home of the Oakland Raiders.
The new domed stadium will be located on 62 acres west of Mandalay Bay at Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue. Construction on the $1.9 billion stadium began in September and is expected to be completed in time for the 2020 NFL season.
