LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — After starting the season 2-0, the Las Vegas Raiders have lost three of their last four games and are looking to get back in the win column this weekend.

This week, the Raiders are on the road in Cleveland to take on the Browns, who are off to a strong start at 5-2 on the season.

In this week's interview with former Raiders head coach and Super Bowl champion Tom Flores, he says one of the keys to the Raiders winning this week will be whether the team can overcome the 25-point blowout loss last week to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"You can’t relive it all week long. You have to get it out. You gotta get it over with the first day back. Look at it on film, correct the mistakes, decide whether the mistakes are physical or mental or both, game plan and own up to it and get on with the next opponent," said Flores.

Kickoff in Cleveland is set for 10 a.m. Vegas time on Sunday.

And 13 Action News' weekly Flores interview airs every Friday throughout the inaugural Las Vegas Raiders season.
