What started out as a warm Sunday afternoon in the grandstands at Las Vegas Motor Speedway ended with tempers heating up on pit road.

A late caution at the Monster Energy Kobalt Tools 400 helped Martin Truex Jr. pass Brad Keselowski to take the checkered flag, but all attention quickly turned to pit road, as Kyle Busch's car skidded to a halt coming out of turn four on the last lap.

Busch hopped from his car and ran down Joey Logano, who he said caused his spin and ruined his shot at a top five finish. Logano's pit crew quickly piled on top of Busch, and by the time the #18 driver emerged, he had a gash on his forehead.

Kyle Larson finished the day second, while Chase Elliot, still looking for his first NASCAR win, finished third.

Busch was treated at the infield care center and released.
