Revised NHL schedule released for all teams, including Vegas Golden Knights

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The National Hockey League today announced the schedule updates for the Second Round of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, which resumes Aug. 29, with a tripleheader starting at 12 p.m. ET with Game 4 between the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Game 3 between the New York Islanders and Philadelphia Flyers will start at 7 p.m. ET, and Game 3 between the Vancouver Canucks and Vegas Golden Knights will start at 9:45 p.m. ET.

All times listed are ET and subject to change.

The games were postponed on Thursday in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin.

2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs Second Round

  • Puck drop for Game 3 is set for 6:45 p.m. PT/9:45 p.m. ET on Saturday, August 29 in Edmonton. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on CBC, Sportsnet and TVA Sports.
  • Game 4 is set for 7:30 p.m. PT/10:30 p.m. ET in Edmonton on Sunday, August 30. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on CBC, Sportsnet and TVA Sports.
  • Game 5 will be played on Tuesday, September 1 at 6:45 p.m. PT/9:45 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on CBC, Sportsnet and TVA Sports.
  • Game 6, if necessary, will be played on Thursday, September 3. Puck drop and television information is TBD.
  • Game 7, if necessary, will be on Friday, September 4. Puck drop and television information is TBD.
