LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The beloved goalie of the Vegas Golden Knights' Marc-Andre Fleury has lost his father, according to various news reports.
Andre Fleury passed away on Nov. 27 at the age of 63.
The team did not confirm the news, but said in an email that they are "respecting Marc-Andre's privacy and his family's privacy at this time."

The Gilbert Mandeville and Fils funeral home in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, posted the following obituary on their website.
At the Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel, on November 27, 2019, passed away at the age of 63, Mr. André Fleury, residing in Sorel-Tracy. He was the son of the late Estelle Raymond and the late François Fleury. He leaves to mourn his children: Marc-André (Véronique) and Marylène; his grandchildren: Estelle, Scarlett and James, his sister France (Bertrand), his brother Normand, his friend Johanne, the mother of his children: France Cardin, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, his nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends including Michel, Gaétan, Mario, Normand and Robert who were very present for him. Mr. André Fleury will be cremated and his ashes will be buried in the cemetery of the Holy Angels of Sorel at a later date in privacy. Such were his wishes. May those who knew and loved him have a special thought for him today. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff of the Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel for the good care provided.
