UPDATE JULY 10: Locals can now place a deposit on seats for next season's 51s games.
The opening of the new ballpark will give local families another affordable form of family entertainment.
The new Summerlin park will hold 10,000 fans and has a pool, suites, party zones, a special area for kids, and a host of other amenities for baseball enthusiasts.
"It's just going to be more conducive for the fans," said 51s spokesperson, Jim Gemma. "The fans deserve this more than anything for supporting us for 36 seasons here."
You can now reserve season tickets for a refundable deposit of one hundred dollars. Meaning for a season ticket you're looking at paying at least $650 for all 70 home games.
Do the math, and that's about 10 dollars per game.
Here's the breakdown of how much you should expect to pay if you want to be a season ticket holder:
- Depending on the seats you pick, low end tickets will be around $650 - $2,750 for a full season of 70 games; that's about $10 - $30 per game
- Annual suites will be $75,000 per year
- Mini plans will be around $200 for 18 games
- For non-season ticket holders, single game tickets start at $18
