Las Vegas Aces forward A'ja Wilson was named WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week for the fourth time in her career, Monday, after leading Las Vegas to a perfect 3-0 week. The two-time All-Star averaged 25.7 points and 8.0 rebounds while connecting on 60.0 percent of her shots from the field, and 82.1 percent from the free throw line. She also chipped in 1.7 blocks per game. In two of the Aces' victories on the week, Wilson took over in the fourth quarter, pouring in 12 points apiece in the final stanza against Los Angeles and New York. She scored a season-high 31 points against the Liberty, including the game-winning basket with under seven seconds to play. Wilson is leading the league in scoring (22.3), and is fourth in rebounding (8.9), 16th in field goal percentage (.500), tied for 11th in blocks, and 9th in minutes played. The Aces are 5-2 on the season, and one game back of Seattle in the race for first place in the league standings.
