The Howard Hughes Corporation is now the sole owner of the Las Vegas 51s according to Tom Warden, a representative from the company.
Currently, the corporation is working on moving the 51s to a new location in Summerlin, preferably in the Downtown Summerlin area. Warden says they've been in contact with Mayor Carolyn Goodman regarding the site change.
Warden says Goodman also has great ideas for the use of Cashman Field and claims the transition will be a "win win win" for everyone involved.
