LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — It can be frustrating to scroll through social media in the middle of a pandemic, plus an election year.

We know seeing more arguments and mean spirited comments can start to take its toll. Social media influencer Shaylee Meurer spends hours interacting with people online.

She says she can get more than a hundred positive comments, but it's the one negative comment that stays with you. It's important to do an emotional check-in.

And for relationships that matter - take disagreements offline and try to find common ground. Use the block button as a last resort.
