LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Is working from home stressing you out? A study by the United Nations surveyed people in 15 countries and found 41 percent called themselves highly stressed.
One way to try and minimize stress is by staying organized and managing your time well.
The online magazine "Work at home Moms" shared these tips on how to do it:
-Create a clean and designated workspace.
-Make a list at the start of each day of what you hope to accomplish.
-Organize your thoughts to relieve stress about the day ahead.
-Finally, screen your calls during work hours. As its easy to get off task and that can ultimately add stress.
