LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Social distancing is creating an environment where many are spending hours in a chair, and it could be taking a toll on the body.
Physical therapist Fred Loeffler says hours spent on the computer can mean a lot of leaning forward, with tense shoulders, neck, and muscles.
He says everyone can benefit from a few simple yoga moves.
Loeffler also says to take deep breaths with poses and to extend your spine.
The moves help get oxygenated blood moving along with lowering stress levels.
