Psychologist shares tips for preventing COVID-19 burnout

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A lot of people across the country are feeling COVID-19 burnout. With the end still unclear, many are left feeling defeated.

One clinical psychologist says those feelings are normal.

And to cope with the constant change and uncertainty, he says it's important to try to focus on the positives and think of things that wouldn't be possible without current restrictions.

It’s also OK to give yourself and others a break.
