LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Many businesses are reopening, but some companies worry about the legal risk COVID-19 creates.
To protect themselves, some companies are asking customers to sign a waiver, making them non-liable if they catch COVID-19 from the business.
The concern is so serious for companies, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is lobbying for immunity legislation from the federal government.
