LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A Kentucky man is rebounding from the pandemic by applying heat and a lot of force.
Andrew Prosser worked in the restaurant industry and lost his job.
But soon after, he turned his knife-making hobby into a full-time gig.

"Every day is a learning process for all of us, you know. It's fun, it definitely keeps you on your toes," Prosser said.
He says he's looking at the pandemic not as a punishment, but as an opportunity to turn his passion into a way of life.
