Steamie Weenie in Henderson always adds a bit of Vegas flair when crafting new hotdogs.
"We love playing with our food," said owner Bob Remington.
And that's no exception with the Polar Express - a holiday-themed hotdog made with pork, beef, and reindeer.
This is the third year Steamie Weenie has served reindeer hotdogs during the winter. Bob said he got the idea from a hot dog place in Alaska and was shocked when they sold out during their first year in the Las Vegas valley.
"They literally flew off the shelves, as reindeer might do," he said.
The Polar Express comes in two varieties: "Nice" or "Naughty."
A "Nice" hot dog is simply topped with grilled onions, which Bob says is a traditional Anchorage-style dog.
Meanwhile, a "Naughty" dog comes wrapped in bacon and includes a creamy Siracha sauce on top of the onions.
The taste, for the most part, is similar to a traditional hot dog, with a touch of gaminess to create a richer flavor.
Bob also said that "most people like to be a little bit naughty" when deciding which Polar Express dog to eat.
