Throughout the month of June, several restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip are serving specials to benefit (RED), the non-profit organization dedicated to fighting AIDS.

EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES is a program designed to raise awareness of the organization and its mission. Proceeds from the restaurant specials will be donated to help children and families all over the world afford life-saving medication through the Global Fund to Fight AIDS. Every dollar raised will be matched by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Each restaurant will also hold a one-night-only (RED) Supper with special menus and pairings on Wednesday, June 15. The multi-course dinners will feature a mix of signature dishes as well as specially prepared (RED) dishes. Prices range from $35 to $99.
