LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — One lucky winner will make history and become Las Vegas’ “ball drop” at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod this New Year’s Eve.
With The STRAT’s “Midnight Mirror Ball” sweepstakes, one winner will be selected to jump from the casino’s 829-foot SkyJump attraction at the stroke of midnight on Dec. 31.

The selected winner will also receive an exclusive, celebratory experience to share with three guests on New Year’s Eve.
For the first time ever, and due to the previously enforced Las Vegas Strip firework restrictions, The STRAT will welcome guests to experience New Year’s Eve from the highest Las Vegas views, with its thrill rides and SkyJump attraction open to the public from noon on Dec. 31 until 1 a.m. on Jan. 1.
Participants may enter to win on The STRAT’s Instagram page, @STRATvegas, starting on Dec. 11.
One winner will be announced on Dec. 23.
