Lee Canyon will open for the summer on May 27 with activities like scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, and hiking.
“Our winter season was really strong with over 100 inches of snow. We saw a big increase in first timers to Lee Canyon this winter and we expect the same this summer,” said Jim Seely, Lee Canyon Marketing Director.
The average temperature at Lee Canyon is 20 degrees cooler than in the Las Vegas valley, making the resort a scenic spot to cool down from the summer heat.
Other activities in the resort include patio games and a mini skate ramp. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy Lee Canyon's hiking and biking trails while disc golf players can challenge themselves on the number one course in Las Vegas.
