Las Vegas Strip going red for World AIDS Day Dec. 1

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — December 1 is World AIDS Day. Las Vegas landmarks and casinos will show their support by lighting their marquees red beginning at 8 p.m. Supporting properties include:

The first World AIDS Day was held in 1988 and was the first-ever health awareness day to be recognized globally.
