LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas City Council is giving nearly $27,000 in grants to several youth groups.
It's part of the annual Youth Neighborhood Association Partnership Program which awards money to create neighborhood-based service learning projects.
A total of 26 grants were awarded to projects ranging from homeless and teen outreach to tutoring, future job exploration, health fairs, and community gardens.
