The 26th annual event was held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
"They think how hard can it be to clean a room, well imagine making 32 beds a day, cleaning 17 toilets, and of course if you've ever stayed in Las Vegas, you know how people trash our rooms," said James Healey, hotel director at New York-New York.
There was also a bed-making competition where contestants made the best looking bed in the least amount of time.
