Home prices in the Las Vegas valley continue to gain ground.
New numbers from CoreLogic show Las Vegas home prices rose 5.2 percent in March 2016 over March of last year while in Nevada it will up 6.9 percent. Nationally, housing prices are up 6.7 percent.
CoreLogic predicts housing prices will continue to rise in the next year.
