On April 1, the Chippendales and the cast of Rock of Ages helped celebrate the grand opening of Guy Fieri's new Mexican-inspired restaurant called El Burro Borracho.
“We’re bringin’ [sic] real deal Mexican food poolside at the Rio," said Fieri at the kickoff event. "I can’t even say it’s a dream come true because I couldn't ever have dreamed it."
Guests can enjoy authentically prepared Mexican dishes with upscale touches, along with Fieri's signature burgers. The restaurant also features an impressive lineup of margaritas and tequilas.
El Burro Borracho also serves tacos poolside at a walk-up taco bar. They're open nightly for dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
