Wynn Las Vegas welcomed the return of live entertainment to the resort on Oct. 9, with Laughter Under the Stars, a special engagement starring comedian Sebastian Maniscalco.

The renowned comic performed a 90-minute set for an audience of 150 on the Event Lawn of Wynn’s new outdoor Event Pavilion, a 40,000-square-foot open-air venue that provides flexible and physically distanced event options.

LIST: Shows, conventions returning to Las Vegas valley

For the event, Wynn installed an additional thermal temperature check point at the Pavilion entrance and added dozens of hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue, complementing the resort’s existing stringent health and safety procedures. In an effort to limit queues, guests entered the event on a flow and were seated with their group at tables of no more than four guests.

Face coverings were required except while enjoying the premium beverage service available.

The live event comes on the heels of the successful debut of the new Lake of Dreams on Oct. 7.

The immersive theatrical journey staged outdoors in an environmental theater is uniquely suited for a physically distanced experience that provides a larger-than-life spectacle that visitors have come to expect from a Las Vegas show.

As Wynn continues to create new ways to enjoy entertainment at the resort, guests can look forward to safely attending a variety of events in the future.
