Tickets are now on sale for the 7th annual Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival from Sept. 15 to 18 at SLS Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip.
The event features a huge selection of delicious cuisine from renowned chefs and award-winning spirits inside a spectacular venue. Proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Smile, which is a international children's medical charity that provides free life-chaning surgeries for children with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial abnormalities.
Chef Jose Andres, who was named on of TIME's "100 Most Influential People" and awarded "Outstanding Chef" by the James Beard Foundation will headline this year's event.
Additional headlining chefs include Charlie Palmer, Saipin Chutina, Frank Pellegrino, Jr., Brad Kilgore, and Francois Payard.
A frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, Chef Charlie Palmer gained unquestionable recognition and awards throughout his career by cultivating the Progressive American style of cuisine. Over 100 years of tasty Thai recipes were passed on to Chef Saipin Chutina, who has symbolized family tradition at the Lotus of Siam restaurant. Co-owner of the iconic Rao’s in Harlem, Las Vegas, and Hollywood, Chef Frank Pellegrino, Jr., solely believes in hearty, authentic Italian food for all along with an enjoyable, homestyle eating environment. Keep an eye out for Food and Wine Magazine Top Chef of 2016, Miami-based Chef Brad Kilgore. As the Executive Chef at Alter Miami, Kilgore offers some of the most artistically crafted dishes the country has seen.
Chef Francois Payard will be in charge of the desserts. As a third-generation French pastry chef, Payard carries a substantial degree of passion and talent for sweets, opening up eminent bakeries, chocolatiers, and patisseries from the US all the way to London.
Tickets for Friday and Saturday are now on sale. General admission is $50 for each day, while VIP is $100 per day. After-party tickets are available for Friday and Saturday dates as well as Cabana tickets, which include ten VIP passes, two bottles of vodka, and a private cabana attendant. Tickets include a special tasting of world-class wines, beers, spirits, and delicious food, while helping raise money for a meaningful purpose.
