Sushi Roku Las Vegas is reopening its doors on July 1 with its award-winning cuisine and exquisite design overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

Operating hours, beginning this Wednesday, for the Forum Shops location are 4- 9 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 4-10 p.m., Friday and Saturdays.

Sushi Roku Las Vegas is located on the third level of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace (enter through the entrance located on Las Vegas Blvd directly across the street from Harrahs and take the circular escalator to the third floor.).
