Restaurant Week in Las Vegas is a great opportunity to eat at a restaurant that you may not necessarily fit your budget the rest of the year, try a new restaurant without risking a lot of dough, or enjoy an extra meal at one of your longtime favorites.
Beginning June 19, restaurants around the valley will offer prix-fixe menus ranging from $20 to $80 (taxes and gratuities are NOT included). A fixed portion of the proceeds will benefit the Three Square food bank and the fight against hunger in Southern Nevada. The "week" will end June 30.
And if you want to get an early start, the Summer Cookout with Robert Irvine & Friends is happening June 16 and a Pop-Up Chef's Dinner featuring the chefs of Westgate goes down on June 18.
The annual event has raised more than $1.2 million in the past 10 years.
