SPEEDVEGAS is now officially open in Las Vegas.
The doors opened at 11 a.m. Friday. "Lady Gaga" from "Legends in Concert" tribute show performed the national anthem at noon. Other highlights included a helicopter flyover and special guest appearance.
With the opening of the track, guests will have full access to SPEEDVEGAS’ exotic supercar and muscle car driving experiences. Upon arrival, they can select a car from SPEEDVEGAS' fleet of world’s most sought-after supercars including models by Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi, Shelby and more. From there, they will drive on SPEEDVEGAS' 1.5-mile track, which is comparable to top circuits in the world and includes 12 sweeping turns, 20-degree banked turns, 60 feet of total elevation change and a half-mile straight.
On Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Nevada residents, as well as active or retired military with a valid ID, will receive a special offer: bring a non-perishable food item and receive $25 off any SPEEDVEGAS package. The donations will benefit Veterans Village Las Vegas, a transitional and permanent housing residence for United States Veterans that is operated 24/7 by SHARE, a nonprofit organization.
SPEEDVEGAS is located at 14200 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89054, just minutes south of the world-famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign (Exit 25 on Interstate 15).
