Seafood City, located on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road, is known for its diverse selection groceries, fresh produce, and of course seafood. Unfortunately, it is a trek for many around the Las Vegas area. That is, until now.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Seafood City will open two new supermarkets in the Las Vegas valley.
The first will open in 2018 and be located on Eastern Avenue and Horizon Ridge Parkway, inside of a vacant Kmart building.
“Seafood City will not only diversify the center and the shopper that will come to the center, but will also potentially draw new tenants to the center from a different tenant pool,” said Kit Graski, director at the ROI commercial real estate firm and a representative of the landlord.
The second location is located at Rainbow Boulevard and the 215 Beltway, inside of the Arroyo Market Square, but a timetable for completion is still unknown.
