LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Spring is in the air and the drinks will soon be flowing at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa as Crimson in Bloom, a garden-inspired indoor and outdoor terrace lounge full of beautiful hand-crafted cocktails, extravagant floral décor and an energetic atmosphere.
Bask in the greenery while enjoying eclectic music and sensational service in the vibrant space that left no leaf unturned when it comes to attention to detail. From garden gnomes to a tableside Rosé cart, shake off the embrace of the winter months and flourish at the all-new enchanting popup bar at Crimson where high tea meets whimsical garden and budding vibe this spring.
Guests can enjoy cocktails straight from the garden, floral candy made by the talented pastry team at The Bake Shop at Red Rock, live DJ-spun music and an abundance of fabulous photo moments fit for the influencer within.
Guests can also awaken their taste buds with an Instagrammable cocktail menu divided by The Herb Garden, The Botanical Garden and The Produce Garden. The menu will feature a refreshing mix of inventive drinks with unique garnishes consisting of stunning floral ice cubes, edible flowers, and flavorful dustings.
Adding to the experience, guests will be welcomed to stop and smell the Rosé as Crimson in Bloom will offer a fully stocked Flower Cart offering custom rose cocktails prepared tableside with an elegant selection of still or sparkling Rosé enhanced with our house made flavored syrups and botanical essences, fresh garnishes and served over assorted floral ice spheres.
Choose from Rosé BTG options, fresh garnishes, and botanical essences to create a custom refreshment, or ask the server to prepare one of their favorite flavor combinations for an aesthetically pleasing drink that tastes, looks and smells just as good as the garden that inspired it.
Those looking to make champagne wishes come true can purchase a coin for the Moët champagne split vending machine where proceeds will benefit The Public Education Foundation.
Busy bees won’t want to miss the biggest buzz, Friday-Sunday and live DJ entertainment Fridays and Saturdays 7 p.m. – midnight and Sundays 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Elevate the experience even higher by adding a savory Charcuterie box while enjoying the outdoor fire pits, or spend the evening sipping on customized tableside cocktails in one of the heated cabanas.
Crimson in Bloom will be open Feb. 12 through May 16 every Friday – Saturday from 5 p.m. – 1 a.m. and Sundays 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Admission is complimentary, and reservations are highly recommended. Guests must be 21 or older to enter.
