Merry Crimson, a seasonally-inspired, indoor, outdoor pop-up holiday bar, debuts Nov. 27. The over-the-top holiday décor, iconic photo moments and menu of Instagram-worthy cocktails brings the North Pole straight to Summerlin – a setup so spectacular even Clark Griswold would approve.

The Bake Shop at Red Rock Casino team unveiled a nearly five-foot-tall by nine feet long gingerbread replica of the resort prominently displayed in the middle of the casino floor. With over 500 hours of labor and ten talented bake shop and carpentry team members putting the masterpiece together, the “Gingerbread Hotel” features all the details of the resort – just made of edible sweets.
Be sure to check out the life-size gingerbread dollhouse inside Merry Crimson, complete with miniature furniture, and light up features.
The Bake Shop at Red Rock Casino team is offering a burst of holiday cheer inside a chocolate sphere filled with hot cocoa and mini marshmallows that emerge when melted with hot milk.
Enjoy these in a spiked cocktail served at Merry Crimson, or purchase in regular or mint flavors to take home at the Grand Café pastry case for $7.50 each.
