Potbelly Sandwich Shop has announced it is opening its first Nevada location in Henderson at 3578 St. Rose Pkwy., Suite 102.
Officially opening to the public on Dec. 11, the shop is conveniently located in the Shoppes on the Parkway development near the bustling intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street, which is becoming a hot-spot for new restaurants and retail stores.
The first 100 people to visit Potbelly Henderson will receive a free sandwich to celebrate opening day. After the first 100 visitors, all guests will receive a free cookie with their purchase for the first week.
The Potbelly Henderson location is the first shop in a franchise development agreement that will bring 10 locations to the Las Vegas market. Local restaurant operations expert and Vice President of Veritasfaythe, Gregg Kocenko, has been integral in the development of the Henderson location.
He brings significant experience in restaurants, working with several top brands including Tropical Smoothie Cafe, QDOBA Mexican Eats and Dragon Tiger Noodle Company.
The Potbelly Henderson location will follow CDC guidelines and will be taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of its customers and employees.
Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. Delivery, contactless curbside pickup and catering services are available through their website or the Potbelly app.
All deliveries include tamper-proof stickers to ensure safety.
