Zippy’s says it plans to build a 7,000 square foot restaurant, take-out, and retail bakery, in addition to a 12,000 square foot central kitchen/bakery to support future growth in Las Vegas.

The site will require extensive improvements and construction. The opening of Zippy’s is expected in the later part of next year.

In the meantime, Zippy’s plans to participate in the Pure Aloha Festival on Easter weekend in Las Vegas.
