The Las Vegas Strip was closed between Tropicana Avenue and Spring Mountain Road on Thursday afternoon for the NASCAR Victory Lap.
The event is part of NASCAR's Champion Week at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The race cars started their victory lap in front of Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. They traveled north on the Strip to Spring Mountain Road where several drivers will demonstrate a burnout.
The cars then headed south on Las Vegas Boulevard, stopping at Harmon Avenue for another series of burnouts.
It concluded conclude in front of The Park, which is located between New York-New York and the Monte Carlo hotel-casino.
