From pop-up restaurant to Summerlin resident in just under two months, Osteria Fiorella is officially here to stay at Red Rock hotel-casino.
Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri’s overnight sensation, serving rustic Italian, joins the acclaimed culinary collection at the Station Casinos popular west side resort.
The announcement coincides with the installation of the exterior signage of the restaurant’s entrances solidifying Fiorella’s mark at Red Rock.
“I am incredibly proud of the team for what we have accomplished in such a short period of time and thankful to Red Rock Resort and Station Casinos for creating a permanent home for Osteria Fiorella – we’re going to keep bringing the best rustic Italian food to Summerlin and we’re just getting started,” said Marc Vetri, chef and wwner of Osteria Fiorella.
