Henderson will soon be home to a new location of the Los Angeles-based ramen franchise, Jinya Ramen.
The restaurant will open its doors on Dec. 21.
The newest Jinya Ramen Bar is owned and operated by Kris Parikh. Kris is a seasoned restauranteur in Las Vegas who also started other restaurant concepts like Mint Indian Bistro, Divine Dosa & Biryani, Rotifix, and most recently, Dogs & Burgers.
Jinya Ramen Bar will be located at 10740 S. Eastern Ave.
There is outdoor seating with heat lamps in the winter months.
“I am big on quality, and we found Jinya to be a perfect fit for us,” said Kris. “From the water (Jinya uses the Fuji water filtration system) to the special aging process of the noodles, and the fresh ingredients that go into each bowl, everything is done to perfection, and it reflects in the taste. At the Henderson location, diners can now enjoy delicious ramen bowls with the perfect broth and noodles in a contemporary Japanese style ramen bar.”
The restaurant offers a complete ramen bar experience and will be open for dining, takeout, and delivery.
This is the first location in Henderson and the third in the Las Vegas area.
