LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Fans of the iconic Farm Basket who live on the east side of the Las Vegas valley will be thrilled to hear that a new location is coming soon to their area.

Dapper Companies has announced they will bring Farm Basket, along with The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and Human Bean coffee shop, to Winterwood Pavilion near Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard.

Farm Basket, which opened 40 years ago, was bought by the Bayne family in 2018. It is located near West Charleston and Jones boulevards.

The operations team of Billy Bayne, Charlie Rodriguez, and Kerry Walters have been tasked with the goal to create a modern fried chicken and turkey restaurant, while at the same time maintaining its familiar vintage character.

“Expanding to the east side of Las Vegas is an important next step for us,” said Bayne. “The established neighborhoods that surround Winterwood are filled with customers who have grown up with Gobblers, Clucketos and orange rolls, staples of the Farm Basket menu. Our team is excited to bring back former regulars and attracting new customers who I know will be delighted to discover a new local favorite.”

The new owners indicated when they bought the restaurant in 2018 that they wished to eventually open several new locations and launch a food truck that could deliver Clucker sandwiches to the masses.

Farm Basket and The Great Greek will reside in a free-standing building built just to the east of Carl’s Jr. on the Nellis side of the property and Human Bean will stand alone on the East Sahara side.

Winterwood Pavilion is located at 2350 S. Nellis Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89104.
