Get your guac on for National Guacamole Day

It's National Guacamole Day and there are plenty of places in Las Vegas that will satisfy your desire for guac.

Hussong’s Cantina at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and Boca Park have not one, but three delectable guacamole options to choose from on National Guacamole Day! Highlights include choice of the Hussong’s Classic (fresh avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapen?os and fresh squeezed lime juice; $9); Mango-Habanero (Hussong’s Classic guacamole enhanced with mangos, sundried tomatoes and spicy Habanero peppers; $10); and Shrimp (fresh avocados, shrimp, onion, cilantro, garlic, yuzu juice, pickled cucumber, furikake and Sriracha aioli; $12).

Pancho's Mexican Restaurant at Downtown Summerlin and Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood are celebrating the food holiday with exclusive guacamole offerings on Sept. 16.

Stop by Cabo Wabo for the CW Guacamole Trio, featuring three guacamole creations for avocado lovers: a blue crab and micro greens guacamole; a guacamole topped with crispy applewood-smoked bacon; and a refreshing jicama and cucumber guacamole, priced at $15.95.

Pancho’s will offer their Sweet with Heat Guacamole, loaded with fresh Serrano chilies and chunks of juicy mango tossed with Pancho’s signature handmade guacamole and served with tostaditas. Perfect for sharing, the Sweet with Heat Guacamole is priced at $13.95 for lunch and $14.95 for dinner for a full-sized portion that serves three to four people.
