There's a new Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant opening today in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and they are celebrating with an exclusive bagel sandwich -- the All Knighter.
The new restaurant is opening inside the Excalibur hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
The All Knighter sandwich pays homage to the hotel-casino in names as well as the Las Vegas breakfast-all-day attitude where wake-up calls may come well after noon! The high rollin’ creation features a fresh-baked toasted Hash Brown Bagel with a drizzle of jalapeno-garlic aioli, two layers of Boar’s Head Brand® American cheese, cage free eggs and thick cut bacon. Piled high and ready for bagel fans to devour at any hour of the day, this limited-edition sandwich is available through July 31 exclusively at the Excalibur location.
The sandwich is available only at the Excalibur through July 31.
The Excalibur location also offers catering and will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
