The ice skating rink at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is now open.
The pool on the roof of the hotel-casino was transformed into a 4,200-square-foot rank with real ice on Nov. 20. Guests can roast s'mores by the fire and enjoy snow showers, holiday movie showings, adult renditions of seasonal culinary classics and breathtaking views of the Strip.

Annual Tree Lighting
The Ice Rink’s adored Tree Lighting Ceremony returns for its third consecutive year to kickoff the holiday season. Fans, locals and tourists alike are invited to join The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in all of the celebratory festivities the Ice Rink has to offer during this family-friendly affair. The lighting of the 36’ tall tree will take place in the evening. More details to be announced soon.
Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Official After Party
Nov. 17
4 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
During the official after party for the Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon & 1/2 Marathon, friends, family and fans can watch the race from The Ice Rink with complimentary hot chocolate and ice skating beginning at 4:00 p.m. From 7:00-10:00 p.m. participants are invited to ice-skate or kick back and relax at a fire pit. Benny the Ice Skating Dog will be at the rink to greet runners, take photos and delight guests with a special performance.

Las Vegas Labrador Benny was rescued days before euthanization and immediately took to the ice after his new owner fashioned him a pair of custom ice skates. After an incredible debut performance last year at The Ice Rink, Benny returns to The Cosmopolitan to show off his new skating skills. For every skate rental purchased during the event, $2 will be donated to the Animal Foundation.
Marquee Mistletoe Ball with DJ Crespo
Dec. 4
7 - 10 p.m.
The inaugural Marquee Mistletoe Ball will transform The Ice Rink with a high-energy club set by DJ Crespo. Guests will receive complimentary ice-skating with a non-perishable food donation and can take photos with Santa and Rudolph. All donations will benefit Three Square.
A Night with The Knights
Dec. 6
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and the Vegas Golden Knights invite locals and tourists alike to revel in the holiday spirit along with a special meet and greet with a few of their favorite hockey players, Chance the Gila Monster and the Knights Guard.
Vice on Ice featuring TAO Group Hospitality Cares Donation Drive benefitting Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth

In partnership with Tao Group Hospitality Cares, Marquee resident DJ Vice will take over The Ice Rink with a lively set to benefit the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth. Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary skating with a donation from NPHY’s Holiday Wish List.

Holiday Culinary Menu:
The winter wonderland will also serve a variety of curated cocktails, an adult play on traditional seasonal favorites such as the Egg Noggy Nog, Campfire Delight, Rebel without a Claus, Scrooged, White Elephant Game, and The Griswold.
Menu selections include classics reminiscent of winter childhood favorites such as grilled cheese and tomato soup, turkey potpie, fully loaded potato skins, chicken nachos, sliders, crispy chicken tenders, warm pretzel rolls and spicy green bean fries. Sweets bites including campfire s’more, cinnamon churros, and a pumpkin pie liege waffle will also be available.
